《單挑荒野：水之章》劇情簡介
探險家兼求生高手埃德·斯塔福德（德爺）重返絕境，以自然界中的“水”元素為主題，展開一場全新的人體耐力終極考驗。德爺將不帶食物、飲用水和任何求生工具，去到不同的荒野環(huán)境，只身一人應對和記錄極端生存實況。這一場大自然對人類身心極限與應變能力的終極考驗，傳遞了人與自然的相處之道。

2004 歐美綜藝簡介： Documentary tells the story of Dick Proenneke who, in the late 1960s, built his own cabin in the wilderness at the base of the Aleutian Peninsula, in what is now Lake Clark National Park. Using color footage he shot himself, Proenneke traces how he came to this remote area, selected a homestead site and built his log cabin completely by himself. The documentary covers his first year in-country, showing his day-to-day activities and the passing of the seasons as he sought to scratch out a living alone in the wilderness.
